Invest in Your Future. Lead with Purpose.
Joining the Texan Corps of Cadets opens the door to exceptional scholarship and financial opportunities designed to reward leadership, academic excellence, and commitment to service.
Through Army ROTC, cadets can pursue opportunities such as the Simultaneous Membership Program (SMP), National Scholarships, Minuteman Reserve Scholarships, and Guaranteed Reserve Force Duty (GRFD).
Air Force ROTC offers competitive National Scholarships and the In-College Scholarship Program (ICSP), providing substantial tuition assistance and monthly stipends.
In addition to ROTC awards, the Texan Corps of Cadets controls more than $220,000 in scholarship funding dedicated to supporting our cadets. These scholarships are awarded based on performance within the University and the Corps and may be considered
using factors such as GPA, leadership, special team involvement, physical fitness, academic major, and overall cadet performance.
Cadets are also strongly encouraged to apply for the Texas Armed Services Scholarship Program (TASSP) through their state legislative representatives. This state-funded opportunity can provide significant tuition assistance for students committed to military service.
Whether you plan to commission as an officer or simply want to graduate with less debt and greater leadership experience, the Texan Corps of Cadets is committed to helping you maximize every financial opportunity available.
All students are encouraged to apply for scholarships, however any student receiving institutional scholarships valued at $5,000 or more is generally not eligible for other institutional scholarships. Learn more about scholarship opportunities at Tarleton.
