The Tarleton Texan Corps of Cadets proudly honors the alumni who embody our motto: Texans Lead the Way. Their service in the military, public sector, and civilian professions reflects the Tarleton Core Values of Excellence, Integrity, and Respect. Our former Cadets continue to mentor, guide, and inspire the next generation, strengthening the legacy of leadership that defines our Corps and supports our continued growth as we pursue Senior Military College status.

“I didn’t realize how much the Corps would shape me. The four-year leadership progression — from learning to follow, to leading a company as a senior — taught me how to solve problems on my feet. Now, as a Second Lieutenant in the Army, I look back and see that every early morning PT, drill practice, and uniform inspection instilled confidence and discipline I couldn’t get anywhere else. The Corps didn’t just train me to lead — it taught me to care for those I lead.”
